1. Continue to pray for the short-term missions team in Cambodia. They are close to wrapping up their trip. Pray for good health, strength, and energy, and for the youth and outreach programs. Pray the God will continue to work in the hearts of the youth and their families.

2. Our summer interns, Karsten Lee and Matthew Zhang, completed their work terms this past week. Their diligent hard work in planning for the VBS and Sundae Sundays, as well as providing support for other ministries such as David Camp, has been instrumental in God’s amazing work at JMC this summer. Please thank the Lord for them!

3. The Children & Youth Choir will begin in September. Rehearsals will be held every Friday from 7:00–8:30 PM. The first season will run from September to December, and the second season from February to June. The registration fee is $50 per season, or $80 for those who register for both seasons. If you are interested in joining, please email jmc@ecac.ca for more information and registration.

4. Pastor Tim is on parental leave Aug. 12 – 25.

5. The Solemn Prayer Assembly originally scheduled for Sept. 14 – 20 has been postponed to January at the launch of the 2027 ministry year. More details will be coming.
