  1. Community of Women: Contemplative Walk: Are you constantly confronting the overwhelming demands of everyday life? Is your busy-ness drowning out the still, small voice of God? Come step into the serenity of this mini-retreat: a contemplative walk in the beautiful Mill Creek Ravine. Experience Jesus side-by-side with your sisters in Christ along our winding path together—whether in silence or quiet, reflective sharing.

  1. Cambodia Short-Term Mission Trip (Aug. 10–26, 2026):
  • The total budget for this mission trip is $41,200. A total of $7,718.50 has been received so far.  If you would like to support financially, please mark “Cambodia STM” on your offering envelope or e-transfer.
  • Scan the QR code or website for receive updates, testimonies, and prayer requests throughout the preparation process and on the trip.

  1. Port Moody Youth Short-Term Mission Trip (August 15-22, 2026):
  • The amount set for this designated fund is $8,000. If you wish to support this STM, please mark “Port Moody STM” on the offering envelope or e-transfer. A total of $6,085.00 has been received so far.
  • Please pray for the 3 leaders and 10 team members as they plan for the trip and the upcoming fundraising activities; may God grant them wisdom and strength for His Kingdom work.
  1. Facility & Service Department reminds all fellowships & small groups:
  • If you use BBQ stove, it must be away from any entrances of church building, so that fire escape exits are not blocked and there is enough parking space for fire trucks or other emergency vehicles in case of emergency.
  • Keep the church entrance doors closed at all times to keep pests and BBQ smoke from entering the church building.
  • Only church‑provided BBQ stoves and firepits may be used on church premises. Please ensure the equipment and location are booked in advance.
  1. Our church administrators have decided to retire this year. Having served since 1998, Winnie Lam will retire on July 31. Having served since 2000, Diana Poon will retire on August 31. We thank the Lord for their dedication and faithful service! There will be a retirement celebration in 2027.
  2. Based on the recommendations from the Leadership Restructuring Committee and the Human Resources Committee, the elders and Pastor Arthur have decided to hire a full-time office manager and two part-time office administrators (JMC-EMC / CMC-MMC). Job postings can be found at the church office bulletin board. They will also be posted online later this week. Please pray for these hirings.
  3. David Yip will be on vacation from June 22-26. Pastor Wailee will be on vacation from June 26 – July 12. Pastor Derik is on vacation until July 15.
