2. The Youth Short Term Mission Trip (August 16-23): Nick Li, Jeneya Ko & 9 youth (Zachary Ho, Mason Wong, Cole Wong, Samuel Li, Asher LaPierre, Chloe Lam, Joanna Huang, Hannah Hsung, Naomi Lee) are at Port Moody in BC to serve at The House of Omeed. Please pray for them. Praise the Lord and thank you for your support. $7,833 has been raised by Aug. 13, exceeding the budget.

3. Special Wed Prayer Meeting: The Elder’s Board has agreed to extend the ministry partnership with Fusion Christian Academy for another school year. There will be a joint prayer walk and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding with FCA on Wednesday August 20 at 7:30pm in the sanctuary. Please come and join us!

4. Our General Fund, Building Fund and M&F Fund are in shortfall. The offering for the Mission Fund has only reached 38% of the budget. Please remember and support the needs of the House of God in all aspects.

5. Recruitment of Gospel Ministry Officer: Our church is currently recruiting a part-time CMC Gospel Ministry Officer serving the CMC congregation who is passionate about evangelism, gifted in relationship building, capable of leading ministries, and collaborative with teams.
