- On behalf of all congregations, the Elder Board has given appreciation gifts to our staff.
- 2025 Offering – If you wish to have your offering included in the 2025 Donation Tax Receipt, no matter how you make the offering, it must reach the church office by Wednesday Dec 31, 2025 before noon (12pm). Any offering received after that will be recorded in the 2026 donation receipt. Office will be short of staff after Christmas due to the holidays. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Church Reimbursements – For payment for church related items bought in 2025, please submit a cheque requisition form and the receipt to the church office no later than Jan. 4, 2026. Any late submission will not be entertained.
- Diana Poon will be on medical leave starting December 29. We hope to hire someone to help with office administration for at least 6 weeks. Please prayerfully consider if you are a fit for this role or encourage someone you think that might fit this role to apply. The job posting is posted on the bulletin board outside the office. - Pastor Miranda is on vacation today, and also from Dec 26 to Jan 3. Pastor Derik will be on vacation from Dec 28-31.
English Ministry
- Special Christmas with Friends Service: Invite you to stay afterward for fun activities for the whole family and a light lunch!
- Pastor Tim is on paternity leave until the end of January. While he is on leave, deacon Ken Chan is the interim chair of the EMC and Pastor Arthur will provide pastoral advice and support.

- inTouch Cafe – Cafe will be closed Dec 28 and Jan 4. We will reopen on Jan 11 at 10:30 am. Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year!
- HK Tai Po Wang Fook Court Disaster Relief Fund – The C&MA Church Union Hong Kong has decided to support its eight C&MA churches with HK$1 million to provide affected believers and residents with emergency relief fund for funeral, medical expenses, daily living expenses etc. If you want to support, please send your donation directly to Canadian Chinese Alliance Churches Association (CCACA). Please indicate on the donation “Tai Po, HK”, with your name, address, email for them to issue donation receipt. Cheque and e-transfer are accepted. All the donation collected will then be wired to C&MA Church Union Hong Kong. Please send your donation before Dec 24 to allow them enough time to wire the funds to HK.
