1. Offering Account Update – If your address has changed, please email your new address along with your offering account number and your name to office@ecac.ca

2. Apply for E-transfer Offering – please email diana.poon@ecac.ca by TODAY.

3. 2025 Offering – If you wish to have your offering included in the 2025 Donation Tax Receipt, no matter how you make the offering, it must reach the church office by Wednesday Dec 31, 2025 before noon (12pm). Any offering received after that will be recorded in the 2026 donation receipt. Office will be short of staff after Christmas due to the holidays. Thank you for your cooperation.

4. Church Reimbursements – For payment for church related items bought in 2025, please submit a cheque requisition form and the receipt to the church office no later than Jan. 4, 2026. Any late submission will not be entertained.

5. Our church will be starting a Children’s Choir to help our children learn God’s truth, praise and worship Him through songs and hymns, and encourage one another in faith. We invite children from Grade 3 to 9 to participate as singers, and students Grade 10 and above to join as volunteers. Choir will begin on January 16, 2026, rehearsals on Fridays from 5:00–6:30 pm. There will be presentations in church services and a year-end concert. For inquiries, please contact So Ling Tam at soling.tam@ecac.ca. Registration opens next week, from December 21 onward.

6. Pastor Tim is on paternity leave until the end of January. While he is on leave, deacon Ken Chan is the interim chair of the EMC and Pastor Arthur will provide pastoral advice and support.

7. Pastor Miranda will be on vacation Dec 18-21.
