3. Church Reimbursements – For payment for church related items bought in 2025, please submit a cheque requisition form and the receipt to the church office no later than TDOAY. Any late submission will not be entertained.

4. The Board of Elders has approved the following as deacons for:
· JMC Youth Council: Joelle Lam, Nicholas Li, Alissa Wong, and Gina Wong.
· JMC Children Council: Christine Chan, Sarah Chan, Jen Gee, Bobo Kam, Crystal Ng, Sarah Tan, and Silas Tan.

5. Our church has had a Handchime Choir for many years and will begin a new Handbell Team called “Echoes of Hearts” starting in January. We warmly invite brothers and sisters aged 10 to 70 to join—spaces are limited, so please sign up early. The team will rehearse on Saturday afternoons and will regularly offer musical worship in services, as well as serve the community in various external events. This pilot program will be organized into two groups, with 11 members in each team. After registration, the conductor will select and assign participants based on their musical background. 6. Our church will be starting a Children’s Choir to help our children learn God’s truth, praise and worship Him through songs and hymns, and encourage one another in faith. We invite children from Grade 3 to 9 to participate as singers, and students Grade 10 and above to join as volunteers. Choir will begin on January 16, rehearsals on Fridays from 5:00–6:30 pm.
