Church Wide Ministry
1. Discernment Weekend for Elders, Pastors and their families is at Camp Nakamun. Pray for them as they are coming back this afternoon.
2. The General Membership Meeting (Sunday, March 15 at 11:15AM in the Dynamic Center): The agenda will be sent to all current ECAC members. The agenda is also posted on the bulletin board outside the office and some hard copies at the welcome desk. The quorum for the meeting is 244 active voting members. This GMM is open to ECAC Active Members ONLY.
3. The motion, “That women be allowed to serve as elders at Edmonton Chinese Alliance Church.”, will be voted on at the March 15 GMM, a two-thirds majority vote casted of “Yes” will be required for women to be eligible to serve as elders. Due to the importance of this vote, the quorum for this General Members Meeting is set at 244 (50%+1 of the total active membership).
4. Please check your name on the membership list posted outside the office bulletin board. If you have any concerns, please contact the church office immediately.

6. Special arrangements for General Membership Meeting on March 15:
· Joint English-Mandarin worship service in the Worship Center at 9:30am.
· Cantonese worship service will be held in the Dynamic Center at 9:30am.
· JMC’s The Discovery from 9:30-10:45am as usual.
· Childcare services for ages 5-12 will be provided in Room 145 from 10:45-12:30pm.
· A light lunch will be provided (please help cover the cost by cash donations).
· InTouch café will be closed on that Sunday. However, free coffee and tea will be provided.

JMC-Youth & Children Ministry
Children & Youth Ministry:
1. Change Registration Date and Time for David Camp and VBS 2026: To accommodate parent’s convenience, there is a change in the registration time and date which is on March 17 at 9pm (evening). DC will be held August 3-7 at Camp Nakamun for kids who completed grade 3-8. VBS is on July 6-10 for kids who completed Kindergarten to Grade 6. 2. Volunteer Needed for First Impressions Team for Children’s Ministry: We would like to invite you to join our First Impressions Team to welcome children and parents, to set up and take down our station, to assist parents with Check Ins and Check Outs, to ensure the safety of our children, to assist our leaders with children, and to be a hallway monitor in case of emergencies.
