Over lunch today, share with your friends some of the lies you repeatedly tell yourself about yourself. 2. Others around that table encourage your friend telling the truths about your friend dispelling the lies.

To Think About:

Make a list on one side of a page of the lies you tell yourself
On the other side write a list of the truths about yourself, noting also Father God’s view of you his precious child.  Read it one a day for two weeks.
